This Shipping Policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and applies to all orders placed on purefurvita.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Coverage & Service Type
We provide shipping services across all Australian states and territories, including NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, and NT. We also support international shipping to most countries worldwide. All furniture items are shipped via professional tracked courier services with full tracking information available.
Please note that remote regional areas may incur additional surcharges and extended delivery timeframes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing days exclude weekends, Australian public holidays, and peak sale seasons.
We reserve the right to slightly extend processing time during high-volume periods. Any significant delays will be notified to customers via email.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Australian Domestic Shipping:

Metropolitan areas: 3–7 business days

Regional & remote areas: 7–14 business days
International Shipping: 10–20 business days, subject to customs clearance, local logistics and destination region restrictions.
All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, due to potential courier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.
4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Rules
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, shipping distance and destination country.
We offer free shipping promotions from time to time with specified order value thresholds. Free shipping excludes remote area surcharges, customs duties, taxes and additional handling fees.
5. Customs, Taxes & Compliance (Australia Standard)
All shipments comply with Australian Border Force and AQIS biosecurity regulations. Starting from 2026, all imported goods of any value are subject to full customs declaration and 10% GST with no low-value exemption.
For wooden furniture and wood-packaged products, we strictly follow Australian quarantine requirements: all wooden materials are fully fumigated and certified, free of bark, mold and insect damage to avoid customs detention.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all local import duties, taxes and clearance fees incurred at the destination country.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and official tracking link. You can monitor your shipment status in real time until delivery completion.
7. Delivery Risk & Customer Responsibilities
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping address, contact phone number and email. We are not liable for lost or delayed parcels caused by incorrect customer-provided information, missed delivery, or unclaimed packages.
Risk of loss and product damage transfers to the customer once the courier successfully delivers and signs off the parcel.
8. Damaged, Lost or Missing Items

Damaged/Defective Items: If goods arrive damaged or faulty during transit, customers may request a full refund, free replacement or free repair in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We cover return shipping costs for verified transit damage issues.

Lost Parcels: We will fully investigate lost shipments with the courier. Confirmed lost parcels are eligible for full refund or free reshipment.
Customers must submit damage/lost claims with photos and courier proof within 7 calendar days after delivery or expected delivery date.
9. Shipping Exclusions & Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes for large furniture items due to size and weight limitations. Some remote overseas regions with logistics restrictions are not supported, and unshippable regions will be prompted at checkout.
10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website, and continued order placement constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
