1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, registering an account, completing checkout and purchasing goods via purefurvita.com, you confirm you have read, understood and fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding sales contract between you (Customer) and DesignByThem. We reserve the right to revise terms without prior individual notice; updated clauses will take effect once published on site. Continued site usage equals acceptance of updated terms.

Minimum purchase age: 18 years old or legal adult age in your resident country; underage users need parental consent to place orders.

2. Product, Pricing & Payment

All product prices displayed on site are in AUD (Australian Dollar), GST inclusive per Australian tax regulations unless separately marked.
We reserve the right to fix obvious typographical pricing errors, product description mistakes, out-of-stock data at any time before order confirmation; if abnormal low price due to system error appears, we can cancel pending orders with full refund without extra compensation.
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay and other third-party checkout options supported by Shopify. Orders will only be processed after full payment is successfully cleared. No order contract is formed until we send order confirmation email to your registered mailbox.

3. Order Cancellation & Pre-order Rule

Customers can cancel orders free of charge before goods dispatch via email yyds@purefurvita.com; once dispatched, cancellation turns into standard return procedure following return policy.
Pre-order items: Estimated delivery time is for reference only, subject to stock & manufacturer schedule. We will inform customers of big delays via email; clients can apply full refund if unable to wait revised timeline.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Australia & International shipping cost and estimated transit time are calculated at checkout based on destination address and item weight/size.
Dispatch leadtime: In-stock items ship within 2–5 business days after payment confirmed (exclude weekend & Australian public holidays).
Delivery risk: Ownership and damage/loss risk of goods transfer to buyer once courier signs parcel receipt. If package lost/damaged in transit, buyer needs to provide official courier damage proof within 7 days upon receipt for us to assist claim against logistics provider. Wrong delivery address filled by customer leads to redelivery fee borne by purchaser.

5. Return, Refund & Exchange (Strictly comply with Australian Consumer Law ACL, cannot exclude statutory consumer guarantee rights)ACCC

5.1 Statutory Faulty Goods Right (Mandatory by ACL, non-negotiable)

If items arrive defective, damaged, not matching product description or fail acceptable quality standard per ACL: You can choose full refund, free repair or free replacement within statutory valid period, we cover all relevant return shipping cost. We cannot refuse faulty item refund with clauses like “final sale / no return for opened goods”ACCC.

5.2 Change-of-Mind Return (Voluntary customer return policy)

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 calendar days after delivery date: Products must be unused, original package intact, all labels & accessories complete, no scratch/stain damage. Buyer bears return delivery cost; after warehouse inspection passed, we issue merchandise amount refund (original payment channel, exclude initial outbound shipping fee).

5.3 Excluded returns

Custom-made personalized products, clearance final-sale items without quality defect cannot apply change-of-mind return; faulty issue still follows ACL mandatory guarantee rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All texts, pictures, logo, design, artwork, product content on purefurvita.com are intellectual property owned by DesignByThem. No unauthorized copy, screenshot, commercial resale, website crawling, reproduction without our written authorization. Any infringement action will result in legal claim and compensation.

7. Website Usage Prohibition

Users shall not use our site for illegal activities, malicious attack, data scraping, spam registration, fake order fraud; we have right to suspend or permanently close abusive customer accounts without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer & Liability Limitation

Product size, color may have slight visual difference caused by screen display, which does not count as product quality defect.
To maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total compensation liability for any dispute shall not exceed the actual order amount paid by customer. We exclude indirect loss (profit loss, business loss) compensation unless required by mandatory Australian law.
This clause never overrides mandatory statutory consumer rights regulated by ACL.

9. Privacy Policy

All personal data collected during purchase follows Australia Privacy Act; detailed privacy rule refer to independent Privacy Policy page on purefurvita.com, linked at website footer.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from order or these terms first resolve via friendly negotiation by email yyds@purefurvita.com; if negotiation fails, dispute is submitted to court of New South Wales, Australia for judgment per Australian local law.
